Jet Touch Detailing Service Policy

At Jet Touch Detailing, we strive to provide the highest level of mobile detailing services with precision and care. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our clients, please review our service policies below:


Service Guarantee

All detailing services are final and non-refundable. If a client is unsatisfied with any part of the service, the client must notify Jet Touch Detailing within 24 hours so we can inspect the vehicle and offer a correction at no additional cost. Corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date.


Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments should be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.


Vehicle Preparation

Clients are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Jet Touch Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.


Service Limitations

While we use premium products and techniques, some stains, scratches, or damage may be permanent and not fully removable.

Jet Touch Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles deemed unsafe or excessively damaged.


Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.


Liability

Jet Touch Detailing takes great care in handling every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of our services.

Client satisfaction is our priority. Please communicate any concerns within 24 hours for inspection and potential correction. Our goal is to ensure your vehicle looks its absolute best.
